What this covers

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for an estate sale. If we work together on a sale, that is a separate written agreement between you and Millo Estate Sales, and that agreement governs the work itself.

The information here

We keep this site accurate and current, but everything on it is general information: not a promise, a quote, or professional advice. What your belongings are worth, what a sale will net and what we would charge all depend on the home, and none of it is settled until we have walked it with you.

Sale listings

Dates, addresses, hours and photographs for upcoming sales can change, sometimes at short notice. Photographs show items that were present when the photograph was taken; they are not a guarantee that an item is still available. Items at a sale are sold as-is and where-is, with no warranty of any kind.

Using the site

Please use this site for what it is for: learning about us, finding a sale and getting in touch. Do not try to break it, scrape it in bulk, overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful, threatening or deceptive.

What belongs to whom

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Millo Estate Sales or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to share a link to any page. Please ask us first before copying the content for commercial use.

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for it.

Limits

This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about this website belongs in the courts of Nueces County, Texas.
